DESCRIPTION: After the doctorate\, countless career paths are open\, but ma
 ny doctoral candidates have little insight into potential professional fiel
 ds. That's why we organize an annual career day for doctoral candidates\, t
 o which we invite numerous young people\, most of them with doctorates\, fr
 om very different professional fields. Within the framework of small discus
 sion groups\, doctoral candidates and young professionals can talk to each 
 other: In what jobs do people with doctorates work? How did they manage to 
 enter this field of work? To what extent was and is the doctorate helpful? 
 What does every day work look like? This individual exchange is supplemente
 d by selected expert lectures and information. This year\, the Career Day\,
