About 50% of GEAS PhD alumni/alumnae are still working as researchers (ECR level 2 or 3), either in university or think tanks. A small percentage work as either research analysts in businesses or international organizations.

Most GEAS alumns have found successful employment paths in international business (including self-employment, start-ups, creative industry, managers, consulting or coaching), and in (higher) management positions in NGOs or in Public Administration (in 2023). 

Our cohorts are highly international, as are the places of work all over Europe, China, Japan, South Korea, the MENA region, India, Australia, Brazil and USA.
