Marina Zucker Marques joined the Ph.D. program at the Graduate School of East Asian Studies at Freie University, Berlin in October 2017. Her Ph.D. research focuses on the analysis of policies that promoted the Renminbi Internationalization for the period 2008-2016.

Marina holds a B.A in Economics from FACAMP, Brazil and an M.A in Economics and International Trade from Zhejiang Gongshang University, China where she was awarded a scholarship from China Scholarship Council.
