This year, our summer party will be celebrated with all graduate schools on 20 July 2023 in the garden of Hittorfstr. 18. All GEAS members, friends, and colleagues are welcome.
Please note that the start of the party has been postponed to 6 PM. However, we will meet at 16:30 in order to organize and decorate the space. You are all very welcome to participate and give your contribution! :)What we offer: A nice garden, a swimming pool, charcoal, fire, BBQ devices, music, and good company. All drinks are kindly provided by the Graduate Schools.
Your contribution: you are invited to bring what you would like to grill/eat, plus some extra sides (salad, bread, fruit, sweets...). In order to avoid a chips-based dinner and overdue with snacks, please enter your name, graduate school and food in the shared Excel list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1t2fwXPb5dmLqyEuegrhtUm7O7-UHTHEy6yycjKp4y3U/edit?usp=sharing within Monday 12:00!
Important: those of you who do not want/have time to buy or prepare food but still want to eat something can contribute with 5€. Please write it down in the Excel list. The money will be collected during the event.
