A lecture by Dr. Chang Seok Yang about North Korea under Kim Jong Un, the 2nd supreme leader of North Korea. In his lecture he will talk about current issues and give an outlook for the future of North Korea.

Currently Dr. Yang is the Auditor for the Kaesong Industrial District Foundation. He obtained his PhD at Dankook University in Political Science and visited North Korea more than 50 times, including KEDO-DPRK negotiations.
