PhD candidate Hyuk Jung received the AKPS Best Graduate Student Paper Award during the 114th APSA Annual Meeting & Exhibition on "Democracy and Its Discontents" in Boston. The AKPS (Association of Korean Political Studies) granted him the award with a monetary reward of USD 100 and a citation.
